This outdoor area has a grill and the outdoor shower and steps up to the private beach access.One level up is the first living room and three of the bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The living room on this floor has lots of seating, a TV, and a small library worth of books for you to enjoy. The first guest room faces the front of the house and has a full-size bed with a twin size trundle underneath. Beside this is a bedroom with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds, one of which also has a twin-size trundle underneath. On the ocean facing side of this floor is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, renovated private bathroom, and access to the lower deck. You’ll wake up in this room to views of the Atlantic, and the private beach access is just steps away from your bedroom door.The top floor of the home holds the main living area, and the final bedroom. This large, open concept area has tons of space for everyone to gather. The custom kitchen comes complete with high-end appliances and has more space to create memorable family meals than you could ever use! The dining room table has plenty of room for everyone, and is a great spot for games and puzzles while you watch the waves roll in. There is a shared half bath and laundry room off of the kitchen that has dual washers and dryers, so no one ever has to fight over who is using them next! The covered top deck on this floor has multiple seating areas, with a hammock and couches that are perfect for afternoon naps.
