Soak in the incredible sea views from the large, fully furnished balcony, easily accessed from the main living area.B132 includes a private bedroom with an updated king size bed, luxury linens, and SMART TV. A sofa sleeper is additionally provided in the main living area, both of which have access to the fully updated bathroom. This unit includes access to a number of amenities at the Surf and Racquet Club complex, including direct beach access, two oceanfront swimming pools, and a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment.All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
