The beautiful Ipe Brazilian walnut stairs will lead you to your expansive primary bedroom with ocean view terrace, 2nd bedroom and bath.Guest accessOur house is not beachfront, but a 3 minute walk to the Beach.We are located in a gated community, and the gate is locked every day at 8pm. It is critical that guests arrive before 8pm at check-in day.Parking available for 2 (two) cars in the driveway. The garage is off limits and not available for guests.Other things to noteThis is a very quiet residential street and is not a house for gatherings but rather quiet relaxation.There is no TV in the house. If you are looking to disconnect and unwind, this is the perfect place for you to stay.Second bedroom has no storage clothing option. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.- Absolutely no parties or loud music.- This is a NON-SMOKING property.- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don’t like pets, this might not be a good fit!PET POLICY:-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.-Pet fee is required and non refundable-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.PET ETIQUETTE:-Control their barking – if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).-Play is fun, but silence is golden – be respectful of the neighbors.-Keep them on leash while outside the home.-Always pick up after your dog.-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.You must also acknowledge- Nearby lake, river, other body of water- Outdoor surveillance cameras- Potential for noise: you can hear some road noise from PCH in both bedrooms.- Must climb stairs: 2-story home
