The Surf Shack has its own unique entrance through the driveway and privacy fence. The cottage has just been updated with a new kitchen, granite counter tops, new microwave, vanity, painted inside and out, and a gas grill. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Full kitchen, bath with fiberglass shower, outside hot and cold shower when you come back from the beach There is a mini split air conditioner, stacked washer/dryer, just added HULU and ROKU TV and 500/500 wireless internet. You can use your own Netflix or Amazon prime to stream everything. NEW TO SIESTA KEY ARE FREE TROLLYS THAT RUN FROM THE VILLAGE TO THE SOUTH END OF THE KEY.Enjoy my private dock to fish, crab, or launch a kayak if you like. At sunset, stroll up to the beach to watch the amazing sunsets every night. Go enjoy oysters and a beer at Siesta Key Oyster Bar. My favorite is the clam chowder at Captain Curt’s near the south bridge… it is awesome. There are lots of great restaurants and shops all over the village. They are all just a short walk or quick ride by bike. There is outdoor patio furniture and a gas grill all under a huge oak tree. This is island living at its best. Note.
