This ground level end unit 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was renovated in 2021 and is surprisingly spacious! Ocean views from your bedroom and living room and you’re less than 30 steps before your toes hit the sand! There is an outdoor shower too!The Space:All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals (including bikes and golf cart rentals).Guest Access:Two parking spaces directly in front of apartment. Bikes and Golf Cart community, please let us know if you need helping finding a rental company.The Neighborhood:Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: biking, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famous boardwalks and fishing piers with great restaurants and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away!Getting Around:Apartment has two parking spaces directly in front of the unit. Carolina Beach is a golf cart and bike friendly community.
