The ‘ Del Mar Race Track” is 3.2 miles south and “Legoland” in Carlsbad is just 8 miles north. The World famous San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park and Sea World are just 30 minutes away. Other attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are just 1.5 hours north.This single level home was designed with an open concept to entertain inside and out.
