Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. There is access To On Site Shared Coin Washer & Dryer. Two Blocks From Surfside Beach! 370 Sq. Ft. of Gorgeous Space With a Large Yard, Pool, and An Entire Ocean Just Down The Street! Close to the new SurfSide Pier and of Course Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining. No extra cost for linens. Bed sheets and two sets of towels are provided at no additional cost. This is a non-smoking, non-pet friendly apartment. There is a new comfortable leather loveseat that recently replaced a pull out couch. This is meant to be a quiet oasis, it is not the place to get your party on. This might however be the place to retreat from the party or the family and friends also staying in town. If you are looking for a semi private, peaceful, quiet beach getaway, you found it!
