This property’s prime location overlooks Marine Avenue shops and restaurants, where you are just a short distance away from anywhere you’ll need to go.The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen is an absolute chef’s dream. It includes modern and sleek custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas oven and range, microwave, dishwasher and all the tools you’ll need to prepare a fabulous meal. Every detail down to the backsplash and cabinet hardware was given great attention during design. The peninsula countertop includes bar seating for four, in addition to table seating (the table has an expandable leaf) for up to six .Down the hallway, you’ll find access to all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all outfitted with premium linens. To make your time in the fun and sun more enjoyable, the owners have also included beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards so you can play on the sand all day at the beach.
