Enjoy the comforts and space of a single family home, walking distance to the beach. Sit in the over-sized lanai, swim, float or just relax in a home that is close to everything you need on vacation. This home is a two bedroom, two full bath, with large living room, dining room and den. House sleeps 4 people.Home is a 20 minute walk or short bike ride to both Vanderbilt beach and Bluebill beach access. (5 minutes car ride to beach) Bikes, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs included.The house features a king size master bedroom with master-bath, a second bedroom with two XL twins that can be grouped together to make a second king size bed. This bedroom has it’s own outside court yard.The entire yard is beautifully landscaped with native tropical plants, bird baths and of course a private custom pool that features a lagoon shape, built in seating and when needed, a heat pump to ensure the right temperature all year long.
