Outdoor dining seats 8.The home is perfect for monthly or multi-monthly stays.Parking for up to three vehicles is front-door close making check-in and check-out a breeze and providing ease of travel for those with physical disabilities or small travelers.The home is a three-five minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach and walking distance to fine dining at the El Encanto Hotel or first rate movies at the Riviera Theater.(Note: for stays longer than one month a mid-stay cleaning is required @ $175, paid by guest)
