The third floor is a large, modern, open loft space that feels like its own apartment overlooking the river from above. There are multiple spaces for communal gathering throughout, while plenty of room to retreat for privacy as well. Air conditioning, private washer/dryer, 3 1/2 bathrooms – 2 1/2 completely brand new, and all feature walk-in showers.
