Description

This quaint cottage has been recently updated with a new couch and new mattresses! It sits on the south west side of Burt lake with 316′ feet of shared Burt Lake frontage. Situated in a private setting on a quiet road with a front porch with seating on the lake side of the cottage with some nice Burt Lake views. This year-round cottage is in a great location for skiing and boating! Dock is shared between cottage renters and owners but boats can be kept on mooring pins. Renters’ boats cannot be stored on the dock.The Kings Pointe Association has several common areas that are considered communal use for all renters. The access to the firepit, playground and lake are available to all renters in the association cottages.
