Pet fee, per pet, for length of stay.5 minute walk to beach. Steps away from Avalon Fishing Pier, and several of locals (and visitors) favorite restaurants, bars, Awful Arthur’s Restaurant and Beach Shop. Avalon Pier, Jolly Rodgers. Short drive to Target, Food Lion, putt putt golf, movie theater, bowling, Wright Memorial, sound access, many restaurants, arcade, lions club bingo, several apparel/gift shops,3 BR: 1 queen, 1 double. 1 twin and 1 twin pullout in “Florida Room”LR: Leather sofa, love seat and recliner purchased in 2022. Free Wifi. 2?Flat screen TV with Netflix, Peacock, Max and sevrral others. Dinning table seats up to 6-7.Central Air/Heat, new in 2018Kitchen fully equippedDishes, pots, pans, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, etc.Bedroom linen, bath and kitchen towels provided. HOWEVER, you are responsible for laundering!!One BathroomOutside showerYou are responsible for suppling Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags. We attempt to supply the above mentioned products but do not garantee them. Deck in unfenced large back yard with full size picnic table and wood chairs.BBQ gril- charcholDriveway parking for 4 and additional, amble, street parking.
