Nestled among the tall pines on the shore of Proctor pond sits this sweet cottage with all the conveniences of home. This is one of only a few homes on this large, clean, tranquil pond and it features a private dock, 200′ of private waterfront and use of kayaks, a paddle board, pedal boat and more. Paddle or swim at sunset or enjoy the view from the large deck or sunroom with views of the water. Kid and pet friendly with a pack n play, books, games and USCG life jackets of all sizes. If you want to venture out you are just 20 minutes from skiing or mountain biking at Sunday River and Mt Abram and the villages of Bethel and a Norway, with shops, restaurants and more. Inside the main house you’ll find one bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and bathroom and a living room and sunroom with two sleeper sofas. A bonus bedroom with 2 twin beds is located in the detached garage building. It has localized heating and used seasonally. Come enjoy the beauty and tranquility of this rare private setting.
