The house has everything you need, whether you’re seeking a family getaway or a place to gather with friends.The three-bedroom, two and a half-bath cottage boasts clean, contemporary decor, furniture, and art, and a kitchen well-stocked with all the amenities. The downstairs open floor plan lends itself to easy indoor/outdoor living and graceful gatherings: comfortable seating around a stone hearth, dining with views to the water, an elevated kitchen with two sinks, a breakfast bar, and access to the back patio, and a front patio with cushioned seating and water views.Upstairs, three charming bedrooms make for private, restful space: a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, and a water view; a second bedroom with queen bed; a third bedroom with two tins; a shared full bath off of the hallway.
