Sweetwater Bunkhouse is a newly renovated property and new to the rental market. The Bunkhouse takes on a more four season reference point to its location. Truly capturing what being up north really means no matter what time of year it is. Whether your coming for summer fun to enjoy Lake Michigan or Hamlin Lake or to enjoy a fall hike or snowshoeing at The Ludington State Park the location is convenient to all that the area has to offer. The Bunkhouse is rich in color, texture, and one of kind local art.It’s recent renovations include adding a second full bath and a second private bedroom. In all the house is a two bedroom two bath home with an open loft “bunk” room. It comfortably sleep 7 and has plenty to offer it’s guest in comfort and design.This is a pet friendly home. We allow one pet per reservation. Our pet fee will need to be paid at the time of booking. We ask that guest if bringing a pet follow our pet rules. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, must be leashes when in the yard, and not left in the home unattended. If any of these rules are ignored guest will lose their damage deposit.
