Description
This 5 bedroom home was built in 2000, and has caretaker in a portion of the barn. The inside is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is very big with a large custom kitchen table and a bar area that seats 4.There are acres of property to roam on. 6 acres of land is across the street from the home alongside the pond . There is vegetation (trees and blueberry bushes) right up to the waters edge, with a nice dock area. You must cross the street to get to the dock area. Behind the house, there are some rugged trails and logging roads to roam around on. The logging roads were last used during the 2015 winter, so there should be some fairly open snowshoeing and XC-Skiing trails right on the property. The White Mountain National Forest is just to the south.
