Enjoy dining at the dining table with comfortable seating for 4 guests, and 2 at the breakfast bar.Outdoor Living: The cottage features a lovely front porch equipped with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink. There is also an outdoor dining set with umbrella for seating up to 6 guests overlooking the sparkling waters of Oneida Lake. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a steep and narrow stairwell. The windows are old and can be difficult to prop open. Children should not touch said windows. Guests should be aware, with occasional live bands, motorcycles, a busy beach and overall high tourism, summer months could offer a few noisy days/evenings, weekends especially noisy.Please note there are 3 cottages on this property, so other guests may be present in common areas during your stay.No refunds will be offered for early departure or for any notes mentioned above.Please leave the property as it is presented upon arrival. Clean and no damage. Any issues will be taken out of booking deposit.
