The HOA includes a swimming pool (only open during summer), BBQ and picnic areas, a waterfront lawn, a private beach, and a dock offering access to the expansive shoreline. During the winter, you’re just 2-miles away from Homewood Mountain Resort!You’ll be welcomed by a cozy living room, furnished with a Smart TV( to stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Disney specials), gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. Make some hot chocolate and set the ambiance by getting the fireplace going! From here, you can access the balcony, great for summer cookouts. Grill up burgers on the gas BBQ and dine outside in the fresh mountain air.The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee pot, dishwasher, slow cooker, utensils, pots/pans, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up your favorite meals and gather around the dining table for some great conversation and food.The master bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and Twin bunk bed, great for when you’re traveling with kids! The 2nd bathroom is newly remodeled and has a standing shower.The laundry room has a washer and dryer, great for the extended stays. There is 1 designated parking spot. RV’s and trailers are not allowed.
