Just beyond, a glass dining table seats two guests for dinners home-cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring hardwood floors, wood cabinets and stainless steel counters. There is also an additional powder room.After a day at the beach, retreat to the private bedroom, where a king-sized bed and wall-paneled cable TV invite relaxation. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with hardwood floors and a spacious step-in shower. On cool evenings, step through sliding glass doors from the bedroom to enjoy a drink on the private deck.A separate deck off the living area, furnished with a stylish sitting area, leads to a private white-sand beach with sweeping marsh views. A boardwalk leads to the ocean for easy access to swimming, shell hunting and dolphin watching.As a guest of the Cedar Beach Villa condo complex, you’ll enjoy access to outdoor common areas with two charcoal grills for summer barbecues and two seasonal swimming pools.You’ll also have access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club, which features an Olympic-sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a shuffleboard. Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Guest must provide a car pass total before their arrival. This condo has parking available for up to 1 vehicle. Resort access requires a car pass to enter.
