Take advantage of the low cost Kid & Pet-Friendly & Flexible Cancellation PolicyThis 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2,450 square feet, has a two car garage, a fenced yard, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, family room, bbq, and secure wi-fi. Del Sur has several pools and parks within a two block distance. This home is easily accessible to both the I-5 and the 15 without having to worry about the noise. North County San Diego is so close to all of the fun San Diego activities, including the popular Del Mar Race Track, Del Mar beach, the Del Mar Fair, the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Polo and several other popular tourist activities. Dogs may be approved on a case by case basis. I look forward to hearing from you.San Diego local taxes of 11.05% are not applied after a stay of 30 or 31 nights or more depending on the month.All of the bedrooms now have Queen size beds. Please disregard photo of third bedroom. This bed was replaced in March of 2023 with a Queen size bed.Due to Covid 19 we have implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfectant protocol.
