A short 5 minute walk to the base of Gondola One. All of Vail’s restaurants, bars, shops and activities are right at your doorstep. I have a management company that handles it for me. They have a representative on call 24 hours a day, if you need assistance. Please take a look, and let me know if you would like to reserve it. Reasons to Book With Us: 1. Check-in with a live person in Vail (keys not left under a mat) 2. We have a full-time local property manager, Vail Realty providing check-in, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping and answering all your questions. 3. Free ski storage in Vail Village. 4. Secure payments are made through Vail Realty, a Real Estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. 5. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery.For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $195 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.Vail STL #001566RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED WITH A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING (NO EXTENSIONS).
