Our heavily wooded cottage makes you feel like you are away from it all, 150 feet above the main road and very quiet surroundings.This comfortable split level layout boasts 2 bedrooms upstairs along with the kitchen, dining room and living areas. Downstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen sized bed, plus separate bunk room with custom made bunk beds (two twins), with a full bathroom. in between The downstairs has its own, private, entrance, and is accessible via separate outdoor staircase.Central Heating and Air Conditioning added in 2016. There is also on-site laundry, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of outdoor space! Neighbourhood Noise ordinance in effect at 10:00pm.-Please be aware there is a ring doorbell camera on front door and security camera on back porch door. Lastly, security sensor with decibel meter on-premises should anything need our attention.- House fits 4 adults and 2 kids- No Smoking Inside the House- $500 additional cleaning fee if rule is violated- Discounts available for weekly and monthly bookings!Other Items:1. There is trash pickup at the street. All trash that is put in the house must be locked and latched or bears will make a mess. You are responsible for cleaning up if animals do get into trash house while you are visiting. Please also turn the sign to YES to notify trash collection there is something to pick up. Trash days are Tuesday and Fridays.2. There are two steps to get into the house and access the main floor, living room, kitchen and two bedrooms (+two bathrooms). The third bedroom including the children’s bunk room requires walking down an exterior flight of stairs. There are two exterior flights of stairs to choose from. One is to the left of the parking pad, and the other is off of the back deck. The bunk bedroom is for children only, as the bunk beds are not designed to accommodate adults.3. The driveway can only accommodate 2 carsOur street is a circle, so you can exit the driveway going right and the street will circle around to front of the neighborhood to exit.
