We’re committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience before Covid 19 ( see past reviews over the years) and now have enhanced protocols. We are hands-on owners and inspect before our new guests arrive to ensure cleanliness.Location, location, location! Tucked around the corner on a private road but literally steps to Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way. Walk to the beach or jump on the trolley which is 75 steps away from your front door. This two-bedroom, two full-bath home has updated bathrooms, an updated kitchen, the furniture you want to curl up on, stainless steel appliances, a new front load washer & dryer, and more. Linens, towels, beach towels, 4 beach chairs with umbrella, air conditioning, dishwasher, and gas grill. Just buy the lobster down the street.
