This cozy, fully equipped, town house has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is right on top of a lazy flowing river with tall shady trees and private access to the Chattahoochee River. Fishing, tubing, wading in the water and enjoy the soothing sounds of the river are just a few of the joys of this vacation rental that will make a lifetime of memories. Walk to the shops, restaurants and much more. Take a horse drawn carriage ride, take a wine tour, pan for gold, fish, hike or any of the many more activities available. After a long day of playing hard and sight seeing you’ll love your hot tub on the upper deck over looking the river (our hot tub is drained and refilled between each visit). Just close your eyes right now and imagine yourself soaking in the hot tub with a glass of wine listening to the sounds of the river.We offer a nearly full stocked kitchen, you just need to bring the food. The dining and living room are on the main (Mid) level of the home with a large deck off the back complete with a grill and dining area featuring a pub height firepit table that overlooks the river. Each of the upstairs bedrooms have their own full bath and TV.
