Begin your day with a poolside breakfast on the peaceful, private, and fully screened pool deck with a heated saltwater pool and spa. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while you fire up the grill or cozy up in the dreamy living room and den. This magnificent villa is a labor of love; its spectacular scenery, things to do, and amenities will have you rebooking for many years to come.Sleeping Arrangements:The space is designed to host comfortably up to 6 adults plus 2 children. We have 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, and 2 twin-size folding beds that can be placed in the living room or office. Although adults can use the folding beds we don’t recommend them.The Space:The Taurus Retreat vacation home has just been remodeled as a modern tropical luxury villa. Private heated pool and hot tub, the pool deck has open pocket doors to bring the outside in, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen, an ample living room, den, and a 2-car garage. We paid close attention to detail on each living space providing a relaxed atmosphere, yet featuring state-of-the-art appliances and security systems. Salt Water, automated systems, electric heater, Alexa-powered pool, lighting and sound, Bluetooth speaker, and a whole-house reverse osmosis water filtration system just to name a few. We also have 4 HD flat-screen TVs, Poker Table, 6 Bikes so you can explore the area, Fishing Gear, and more.Canal and Boating:The canal behind the property offers Gulf access. Our seawall is boat-friendly with heavy-duty boat bumpers and tie-downs so we can accommodate a 35 ft. boat. An angled ladder allows you to easily bring down your Kayaks into the water.Guest Access:Plenty of parking spaces in our driveway and garage.Internet/WIFI Disclaimer:We have satellite internet. It is the fastest and most expensive internet available in our area but it has latency issues at times, so it’s not ideal for gaming, VPN, or online video calls.Please have in mind Cape Coral area is an upcoming developing vacation destination. We will be upgrading to faster service the moment it is available in our area. Please contact us if you have technical questions.
