The Taylor House is bright and newly renovated, with original single pane windows, original wood floors (please don’t bring a level ), 9′ ceilings, all the charm of a historic home with all the modern conveniences. Contemporary Kitchen, gas cooktop/oven, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, three smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, new LG washer/dryer. Fenced in back garden to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.One King bedroom, One Queen bedroom and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a beautifully restored claw tub, the 2nd with a completely updated tile walk in shower plus a convenient ½ bathroom.There is plenty of free street parking on the street and 2 spots in front of the house.We respect your privacy, but we are always available to answer any questions or concerns.Location –The Taylor House is on a safe, beautiful cobblestone street, surrounded by sprawling oak trees and beautiful historic homes. Walk two blocks to the start of the award-winning Cape Fear Riverfront with countless restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, breweries, wine bars, museums and shops along the way. Also, Chandlers Wharf is only two blocks aways with more restaurant options. The heart of downtown is an 8 minute walk.Drive to North Carolina’s famous Wrightsville beach (11 miles) or Carolina Beach (16 miles) in 20 minutes.
