This extra special Tempe home has been fully remodeled and if filled with new and fresh contemporary style. Sparkling Pool, Grassy Area for a game of Badminton.This is a super Tempe neighborhood with a family feel. As you step into this home you will find an open concept home with dining, kitchen and family living all in one. Spacious and bright, the family room is anchored by a 65″ smart TV that can be seen throughout the entire great room. There are super sized picture windows leading out to the fun backyard.The living room has a cozy sectional and with plenty of seating for everyone. The dining room seats 6-8 comfortably and the breakfast bar provides seating for 3 more. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep for a BBQ or whip up a chef’s delight. Lots of counter space and storage. The laundry room is full sized with a pantry space built in and it right off the kitchen area also. There is an office area set up for those that need to work from home.Down the hall you will find 4 bedrooms. The Primary is complete with an en-suite bath, tub shower combo and large closets. King sized comfort with luxury linens will be relaxing as you retreat, There is a 55″ TV in the Primary Suite as well. Just across the hall is a second king bedroom with a 55″ TV also. It shares the hall bath with another tub and shower combo. Bedroom 3 and 4 are queen sized beds with plenty of room to get comfortable. They also share the hall bath. The home comes with a covered carport and easy access to the kitchen with groceries and such and super fast wifi.Outside living is going to have you wanting spend your days enjoying the warm AZ sunshine. This is a coveted south facing backyard with a sparkling pool and super fun diving board. There is a covered outdoor living room, a dining table, BBQ and a large grassy area for yard games including Badminton.Pool provided as an amenity and is NOT HEATED.TEMPETempe is a city just east of Phoenix, in Arizona. Its striking Tempe Center for the Arts hosts concerts, dance and comedy shows. Nearby, Tempe Town Lake is dotted with kayaks, pedal boats and paddleboards. Tempe Beach Park hosts outdoor festivals. Rising above the city, Hayden Butte is a mountain dotted with centuries-old rock art. Sporting events and concerts are held at Wells Fargo Arena. ASU is a centerpiece of Tempe and Tempe is also conveniently located 15 minutes from the also popular Scottsdale.
