With a high school located behind the property, you’ll have an open view of the sunset (and you can even cheer for the teams on game night). End the night with a friendly game of cornhole or ladder golf while the kids and dogs enjoy the grassy yard.The pool is heated year-round at no additional charge.☆Things to Note☆Dog friendly (dog bowls provided). Up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee per dog). No smoking/vaping. No parties or events. Neighborhood quiet hours outside after 10 pm. There is a camera on the front door and in the backyard for security purposes. The backyard camera has a partial view of the pool area as well as other parts of the yard.☆Around the Area☆Tempe Palms is located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from ASU. Walk to Selleh Park to enjoy the beautiful walking paths around the duck pond and the fun playground.
