There is a private stack washer and dryer in the unit and a single car garage is available for your use.This unit will sleep six with one king size, two twin beds and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room.Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants you may not even need a car. Best of all, the beach is about a two minute walk down a side street with no busy roads to cross. The trolley stop is less than a block away in either direction, just grab your flops and hop on to explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.The Terrace Condo is a one week minimum rental.Not pet friendlyParking is limited to two vehicles.You are vacationing in a residential area.
