Hop on one of the two bikes available to you – it’s just a short bike ride to the beach. The location is perfect for taking full advantage of all the available amenities that make Seabrook so ideal.You’ll be greeted by an open floor plan perfect for gathering friends and family. The kitchen is updated and well equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a regular brew coffee pot. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with table seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area is the family room with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Comfortable seating is arranged to take advantage of the 65″ Smart TV. Just beyond the family room is the 4 season sun room with spectacular golf course views. This wonderful room is air conditioned and filled with natural light. Enjoy a snack at the glass top table with seating for 4 or just relaxing in the conversation seating area.The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, 60″ smart tv, with en suite bath equipped with single vanity, walk in shower and hair dryer. On the opposite side of the cottage are the two guest bedrooms – each with a queen bed with a full hall access bath between them. This bath has been updated with shiplap and a tub/shower combo. A stacked washer/dryer is also available for your convenience.Upstairs is the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. Please note that this bedroom is open to the family room area below.The owners have also provided a gas grill and 2 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, toys and boogie boards to make your stay complete.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
