Your family dog is welcome to join the fun!Ground Level: Private pool with hot tub, laundry closet with washer/dryer, bedroom with daybed, trundle, and full bathroom.Mid Level: Main suite with queen bed, private bathroom and deck access, swinging daybed on the deck, bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and a main entrance foyer.Top Level: Living area, kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar with seating for three, dining area with seating for eight, a main suite with a king bed, private bath and deck access, and powder room.Amenities: Private unheated pool, hot tub, outside shower, parking for three vehicles, WiFi, video/book library, four TVs, two DVDs. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
