As you walk through the gates you’ll be greeted by a private front yard w/ a resort-style 45ft long pool – one of the largest private pools in Palm Springs – chaise lounges, alfresco dining and firepit lounge situated for breathtaking mountain views. The back of the home features an inviting spa and oversized covered living area w/ outdoor seating, alfresco dining for 10+, and BBQ grill – plus yard games including shuffleboard, croquet, darts, and more. The spectacular mountain views and lush landscaping – including 10+ seasoned citrus trees – compliment the old world feel. Towering palm trees add to the magic of this property.** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. The Bob Hope Suite – which was Bob Hope’s very own bedroom – has a King bed w/ original mirrored walls, flatscreen TV, ensuite marble bath w/ a double sink, and a walk-in closet (Bob’s tie rack and shoe shelf still remain in the closet). The Dolores Suite features fabulous wallpaper, King bed, walk-in closet, and private half bathroom. The Atomic Room features a Queen bed, Atomic gold star wallpaper, mid-century modern décor and a connected private bathroom. Many of the home’s original details still exist w/ ornate door knobs, gold fixtures and weathered mirrors.The detached Casita in the back of the house has a private entrance and old Hollywood tropical vibe w/ a King bed, flatscreen TV, a desk, and ensuite bath. The Pink Lemonade Pool House located in the front of the property has a private entrance, King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bath w/ restored original tile and mirrors. Bob and Dolores lived there w/ their 4 children for years.
