All these spaces share stunning Palm Springs views!The primary bedroom, separated from the two guest bedrooms, is a private retreat with access to the front courtyard and views of the mountains with a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and a closet with built-ins. The large ensuite features a dual-sink vanity and a step-in shower with a rain shower head. There are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. They share the hall guest bath which includes a dual-sink vanity and a step-in glass-enclosed shower. If you need to sneak away to a private space, there is a dedicated office space with a fully functional workstation, including double monitors with a clear view of the front courtyard and the majestic San Jacinto mountains as your backdrop. It’s the perfect space when you can’t completely escape from work or for simply reading or relaxing.The 1600 is in a great, convenient South Palm Springs location just three miles to downtown Palm Springs. Within a few minutes of hiking trails, golf, grocery stores, or shopping and dining. This is the perfect quiet hideaway to stay for a weekend or the winter season.-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.- – Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April – September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay.
