Tall ceilings and hard wood floors. Modern conveniences yet retains the charm of a historic home.Please read entire ad before requesting a booking.The spaceThe first floor rents for $250/night -sleeps 4 people with queen sized bed in master bedroom and queen sized sofa sleeper in living room. Renters have full exclusive access to first floor: MB, LV, Kit & DR. Additional rooms are available upstairs for $50/night per room. The additional three bedrooms include two queen sized beds and the third room has a full and a twin sized bed. Total cost of all available rooms $400. The owners live on secured portion of second floor that renters will not have access to. You may hear/see owners in passing in the hall way on the second floor but you will not share any rooms or bathrooms. Outdoor deck is not available to renters.Guest access2 parking spaces in back of the home as well as no fee street parking.Key pad entrance is at the back door of the home.Other things to noteNo children under 12 because of radiant heaters.
