Inside is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.This home was built as a single-family home in 1900. Its newly updated kitchen features a range and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This beautiful property served as an office space for many years and has recently been converted back into a cozy living space with a private dining room and three bedrooms.•The Master Bedroom has a spacious king size bed, smart TV, and comfy reading chair. •The second bedroom has access to the covered porch and features a Queen bed.•The third bedroom offers a twin trundle bed, and a charming desk that could be used as a workspace or makeup table.•It originally had two side by side powder rooms until recently when one was converted into a beautiful garden shower. Enjoy this cozy retreat with family or friends and experience all that Prescott has to offer.The covered porch is the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking or shopping downtown.
