You’ll enjoy comfortable beds and furniture, large flat screens, a fully equipped open kitchen with an extra long kitchen island and an outdoor grill. Our front porch faces the pool with seating to relax and unwind after a fun day or while you sip your morning coffee. Welcome to our hangar!You will have access to the entire condo as well as the Community Pool, Fitness Center, Pickleball Court, and Club House. Poolside Cabanas are also available for rent.On site Dining now open!Beach parking pass is available for our guests who would like to drive / park on the 4×4 beach. The camera must remain on and functional at all times. Any attempt to block, move, or tamper with the device or its connection will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. If the camera is damaged, a replacement fee of at least $250 will be charged to the guest.No Animals Allowed: This property is animal-free.If a beach parking pass was requested at booking, please leave it on the counter when you check out. A $75 fee will be charged if the pass is not returned.Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance to cover family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, and other unforeseen events. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc., and are unable to make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. No refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
