There will be NO access though to the detached garage or storage shed.Other Things to Note:1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $500 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.2. NO Smoking or Vaping or E-Cigarettes: **Smoking or Vaping or E-Cigarettes are NOT allowed on the premises. If any signs of these are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time as to respect our surrounding neighbors.4. Potential for Noise: Please be aware that this is an 82 year old home and you may experience some road noise during peak hours of traffic, but the road is quieter at night.5. While we do live on the premises and we are hands-on hosts with a hands-off attitude. We like to say hello in-person and to ask if there is anything needed after check-in otherwise we keep to ourselvesPlease treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
