This sophisticated mid-century modern dream home is the epitome of the Palm Springs lifestyle. The impossibly chic interior was designed by Studio M, with 4 bedrooms (dual masters with ensuites), Chef’s kitchen, Malm fireplace, and artistic touches throughout.The serene and completely private outdoor sanctuary with expansive views of the San Jacinto Mountains, has a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, firepit, al fresco kitchen, and dining area.The Adler is the picture-perfect estate you imagine when you dream of a Palm Springs escape. If you are looking for high-end, resort-level luxury with the privacy and freedom of a vacation rental, congratulations! You have arrived and you won’t want to leave.Pool heating is optional and charged separately at $150.00 per day (Oct-May) and $100 per day (June-Sept). Due to the rising costs of natural gas, these are actual costs to heat the pool (i.e. there is no upcharge). Spa heating is included with the house rental. Please note, while the spa is in use, the pool will not be heating. The heater will automatically switch back to the pool once you have finished with the spa.We ask that you decide 48 hours in advance of your stay if you would like the pool heated. This way, the pool will be pre-heated and ready for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a heating request once you have checked in.Palm Springs has a very strict Vacation Rental Noise Ordinance, enforced 24 hours/day. The neighbors have been given a 24-hour number to call to file a complaint. That call will bring officers to the door, you will be asked to leave and pay a fine which will cause us to lose our rental license. Let’s avoid any of that nastiness and potential disruption to your vacation. NO MUSIC OUTSIDE at all and please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm.Please note, this is not a party house. The neighborhood is on highalert.If you plan on charging your Electric Vehicle, please bring your own cable, we do not have one at the property.Nothing shall be affixed to walls, ceilings, furniture, doors, or screens anywhere inside or on the exterior of the property. Things like signs, banners, balloons, and tape cause damage. At the discretion of the property manager, you will be charged for repair and repainting.No clowns, no mimes, no strippers.Principal booker must be 25+ years-old as required by the city.MAXIMUM of 8 guests.If ANY house rules are violated, renters must vacate the property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges.No smoking anywhere on the property (this includes all the way to the end of the driveway). If any evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a $1,000.00 fee.People other than the 8 people listed in the Guest party may not be on-site. No additional guests are permitted per The City of Palm Springs Occupancy Ordinance.No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Quiet time is 10pm-10 am in Palm Springs . Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of the remaining rental amount and the entirety of the security deposit.No disruption to the neighborhood anytime day or night. The entire neighborhood must be treated with respect. If neighbors complain and/or call the police, renters will be evicted from the property, forfeit all rental funds and pay any violation charges set forth by the City.All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit, or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by the owner and property manager prior to booking (Personal social media is fine and encouraged!).Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager.
