We call it “The Schoolhouse:” once a one-room schoolhouse and now a VT lake getaway!Private and close to activities: sandy dunes beach (1 mi), golf (1 mi), two vineyards (23 mi), Montreal (~1hr), beautiful biking roads, shared dock, sunset views over the lake, and back yard abuts 20+ acres of bird-filled conservation meadows.Good for couples, bikers/boaters, families w/ up to 1 child. 1 bathroom with shower; cozy and bright.Charcoal grill, kitchen, and Adirondack chairs, WiFi, stereo, A/C!This home is managed by Islands Only Vacation Rentals, plus a homeowners association head who takes care of all the water, dock and exterior maintenance.- Park on right side of driveway next to the deck, or behind the pine trees on the grass.- Don’t open the shed.- Follow all heating/cooling guidelines- Dogs only, and must be leashed on designated properties (including the cottage association and beach)- The plastic chairs are susceptible to wind of the lake, always stack them tucked in the corner of the deck overnight or if you’re away all day.
