“The Art Studio” This memorable place is anything but ordinary.Located next to a bar PLEASE DO NOT rent if your going to give us a poor rating because it is next to a bar. Most younger guest really enjoy this location and have no problem with it being next to the well known Hookah Bar.Not your traditional apartment. Located on the Washington Corridor known for lively restaurants and nightclubs this art studio is next to a nightclub and has the potential for music playing loud until 2am some nights.
