Summary:Located at the corner of front and main in downtown Wrightsville Beach, the WB Abodes team is happy to introduce ‘The Tarrymore’. Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s.All three units come equipped with full kitchens, full baths, Juliet balconies, washers and dryers, as well as elevated linens and bath products. The Atlantic’ is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit with views of both the ocean and Banks Channel.The Space:Fully renovated and professionally designed space up-fitted with our highest-end amenities including Parachute bedding, Parachute bath towels, Malin & Goetz soaps and hair products and is stocked with Casa-Blanca coffee! There is a potential for noise, however during renovations we took as many steps as possible to remedy this by having impact glass windows and doors installed, double sheetrock, insulation and provide white noise machines in each bedroom.-Directly above Tower 7-<0.1 miles to the beach-50 feet to Jimmy's-100 feet to Roberts Grocery Store-100 feet to Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar-1 mile to Wrightsville Beach ParkOther Things to Note:1. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***2. Unit is directly across the street from multiple 'late night' establishments so there is a potential for noise Thursday-Sunday.3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
