This cottage is an open concept with 180 degree views of the ocean and windows on all 3 sides of the cottage. It is right on the beach, in fact the water comes up to the cottage’s sea wall. It is on a sandy beach with a public boat ramp nearby for kayaking, boating etc. It is a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal. If on foot there is a taxi service. There is plenty of room to park your car at the cottage. It is a beautiful unique cottage. Peaks Island has 4 restaurants, bike rentals, ice cream shop, unique shops, and art galleries.
