Living area and bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, cable, Roku and Wi-Fi. Lower level has 1brm. (double) There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level with 1 double, 2 twins and 1 set of bunk beds, A/C in all bedrooms. Fire Pit, gas grill, picnic table & lawn chairs for yard use on the property.Bella Vista was built in the late 1800’s, not new & modern, steep steps to the upstairs. The charm, coziness & history (if only walls could talk) are well worth the age. We appreciate our return guests year after year. Book early only a few dates left.Bella Vista is a smoke free environment.No large parties of any kind. Please be advised that the is a lakefront property you are zero feet to the sand!
