Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is located directly on the Penobscot river with ~200′ of private beach and numerous walking trails adjacent to the property so you may not want to leave. But if you do want to venture out, you are only 13 miles Belfast, 13 miles to Bucksport, 20 miles to Ellsworth, 27 miles to Bangor airport and 45 miles to Bar Harbor/Acadia. All basic necessities (dishes, pots, pans, linens, towels, etc..) are provided including free Spectrum high speed internet. The family room has abundant light and a great view, but of course don’t forget the large deck for relaxing as you watch the birds, marine life and boats.
