Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the life of old town!This updated mid-century modern condo has stained concrete floors, a fully appointed kitchen, and bathroom, a small office with a WiFi printer, and amenities. Super comfy bed and bedding to get your best night’s sleep after all of your vacation festivities.This condo is in a 16-unit quiet complex.It is on the ground level and the laundry room is next door. Beautiful small grounds with a pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided by the owner.There are basic amenities in the kitchen to get you started. If you request anything special, are arriving late, and would like me to stock the fridge or beverages for your stay, please don’t hesitate to ask!! I want you to have a stress-free stay!If your stay is longer than a week, weekly maid service is mandatory and is included in the rental rate.Make a trip to Old Town Scottsdale and treat yourself to a small luxury rental in a great location!!I have been very fortunate that my condo has been fully rented for the past 3 years to travelers from all over the world.
