Six blocks north of Colorado College and 12 blocks north of downtown. Right across the street from Monument Valley Park with bike, walking and running trails, new Pickleball courts and playgrounds for children. Close to I-25 which gives you quick access to all of Colorado Springs. Two master bedrooms with queen beds. Five additional bedrooms with seven queens and three doubles. One master bedroom and regular bedroom are located on the main floor for guests that cannot navigate stairs. Three and one half bathrooms. Ping Pong and Pool Tables and Poker Arcade Game our guests use. This home is a wonderful gathering place for family getaways, reunions, funerals, graduations and vacations.
