This home includes 4 complimentary kayaks for guests to use; so, jump in one and go explore!The Space:This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms inside the main house. One bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The shared bathroom has a dual shower/tub combo. Just off the bathroom is the bunk room with a twin over a full-size bed. Head across the living room to the primary bedroom with a King bed. The en-suite bathroom also has a 2nd entrance from the hallway off the kitchen. Inside you will find a jetted soaking tub, fireplace and walk-in shower.Once you head back out towards the kitchen there will be a laundry room with full size washer and dryer along with a half bath. Head into the kitchen to find it fully stocked with your cooking needs. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the back patio and ease into the morning. The backyard includes a hammock, firepit, basketball goal and pickleball court! Take a walk across the back yard to the river bunk house with a full over full bunkbed and a full bath or sit along the water and enjoy the patio! This home is perfect for everyone to stay entertained for hours! If evidence of pets are found, then there will be an automatic fee of $500 charged to the card on file.In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
