Downtown Birmingham is 1.0 miles away and accessible to walk to.HOUSE RULESNo smoking, vaping or illegal drugs. No firearms or fireworks. No pets. No more than 5 people on the property. There is a maximum or 3 cars and they must be parked in the driveway (not over the sidewalk and not on the street). Violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fee.
