Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage just 4 houses off the water with sandy beach, deck with water views, fully fenced back yard and just 15 minutes to Yale New Haven and St. Raphael hospitals. This adorable cottage was fully remodeled in 2021 and is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer in the unit as well as AC units in every room. There is also an enclosed porch. All utilities are included and the cottage has wifi and cable TV. Located in the desirable Cosey Beach area with two seafood restaurants in walking distance and just 15 minutes to Downtown New Haven, Yale univiersity, Yale hospital and the train station. Just 90 minutes to NYC. summer rates apply June 15th to September 15th.
